About Us:

We are a family business. With over 25 years in the construction trade.  And over 3 years handling radon testing and

mitigations. 

Paul Magnus has been an electrician for over 28 years.  He has been a general foreman on such local projects as Treasure

Island and the YMCA in Red Wing to name a few.  He is our project manager, and primary system designer.

Chad Spencer chad@homeandradonsolutions.com has much experience in customer service, he is a former Marine and

has a bachelors in information systems management.  He is our operations manager, does the radon bids, tests, mitigations

and home inspections.

Our philosophy in doing business is that if its not good enough for our family its not good enough for yours!
